Conference Dates	October 21-23, 2010

Only papers submitted by September 30th will be published in the conference volume.

Submission guidelines:

1. Papers will be submitted on-line.

2. Abtracts will be written in English. Final papers can be written in English or Romanian.

3. The deadline for final paper submission is September 30th, 2010.

4.The final paper must be submitted using the template form provided here.
